Cookie Policy

Which cookies Tkludoking uses, why, and how you can control them.

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Tkludoking uses as few as it can: most of them simply keep you signed in and protect your account. This policy lists every cookie the site sets and what it is for.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are needed for the site to work, so they are always on and do not need your consent. They are set by Tkludoking itself, are never used to follow you across other websites, and the sign-in cookies cannot be read by scripts on the page.

rsi_session: keeps you signed in to your account. With “Remember me” ticked it lasts up to 7 days; otherwise it is removed when you close your browser.

rsi_csrf: a security token that stops another website from sending forms or account actions in your name (cross-site request forgery). It lasts as long as your sign-in, or up to 7 days when you have not signed in.

rsi_oauth: set for up to 10 minutes while you sign in with Google, to check that the reply belongs to the sign-in you started. It is removed straight after.

rsi_2fa: set for up to 5 minutes while you finish a two-step sign-in that started with Google. It is removed straight after.

rsi_consent: remembers your cookie choices, or that you closed the cookie notice, for 12 months, so we do not ask you on every visit.

rsi_admin, rsi_console_theme and pb_preview_theme: used only by the panel’s staff in the admin area (their sign-in, light or dark mode, and theme previews). Customers never get them.

On a secure (https) connection the sign-in and security cookies may be named with a __Host- prefix, which tells your browser to keep them locked to this site.

2. Preference cookies

These remember a choice you make. They are set only when you make that choice and hold nothing but the choice itself.

rsi_lang: the language you picked from the language menu, for 12 months.

rsi_currency: the currency you chose to see prices in, for 12 months. It only changes how prices are shown; you are always charged in the panel’s own currency.

A few small settings are kept in your browser’s own storage instead of cookies, such as a pop-up or announcement you closed and how you sorted or filtered a table. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

3. Analytics, marketing and support chat cookies

Tkludoking does not set analytics or advertising cookies of its own. The panel may add tools from other companies, and each of them sets its own cookies:

Analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.

Marketing: the Meta (Facebook) pixel, Beamer, Getsitecontrol and OneSignal push notifications, to measure adverts and show news, offers or notifications.

Support chat: Tawk.to, Tidio, JivoChat, Smartsupp or Zendesk Chat, to let you chat with our support team.

These tools are loaded only after you say yes to their category in the cookie notice. If you choose “Essential only”, or do not answer, none of them is loaded. The notice only offers the categories this site really uses. Their cookies are covered by each provider’s own privacy and cookie policies.

4. Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the link below. Withdrawing consent reloads the page, so the optional tools stop straight away. You can also delete the rsi_consent cookie in your browser and the cookie notice will ask again on your next visit.

5. Controlling cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies in their settings, and many offer a private mode that clears them when you close the window. Your browser’s help pages explain how.

If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in, add funds or place orders.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
